Booking terms & fine print.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Cifuentes Horizon, a private holiday rental located in Benahavís, Málaga, Spain. By making a booking, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions as binding.

A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation. For direct bookings, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount may be required to secure the reservation. Payment details and due dates are specified in the booking confirmation. Long stays and special arrangements may be agreed individually.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon prior agreement and subject to availability.

• No parties or events allowed
• Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted
• Pets are not allowed
• Respect for neighbors and community rules is mandatory
• The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded
• Outdoor sun shades must be closed when leaving the apartment
• Air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances should be switched off when leaving the property

In case of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

The final cleaning fee is charged separately. Guests are required to treat the property with care. Damages or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Cifuentes Horizon cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount becomes non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected cancellations or travel changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Spanish law shall apply. Any disputes arising in connection with a booking or stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Málaga, Spain.
