• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets.
• Please respect neighbours and community rules.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
• Quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am.

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. A cleaning fee applies separately. Long-stay and monthly rates are available on request. The apartment includes private underground parking with direct elevator access to the penthouse level.

Cancellation: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; from 30–14 days before arrival the 30% deposit is non-refundable; within 14 days before arrival the full amount is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended. A 30% deposit secures the booking; the balance is due before arrival.

The personal data you provide (name, email, dates) is used solely to handle your enquiry and booking and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the booking and payment processors (Smoobu, Stripe). You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by email.
